RCAP 0.2 Released

Aimred is proud to release RCAP 0.2, an implementation of the Common Alerting Protocol for Ruby, as an open source project. CAP is an OASIS standard designed to facilitate the dissemination of alerting and emergency data, information and resources.

It is used by major governmental agences such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as well as various state/provincial and local authorities.
