RCAP Development Resumes

After a brief hiatus work has resumed on RCAP with the release of RCAP 0.4. A new Github repository is also now available.

A brief list of what’s new:

Implemented Hash generation and parsing
Implemented JSON generation and parsing
Circle is now a subclass of Point
Code and and documentation clean up
